The Specialities of the FRECH cheese dairy
refined according to the tradition, slowly
ripen in our wet cellars. Their smooth, feature
delight the palate of the connoisseurs.

Cheeses with full of character, they accompagny
very well most of the Alsacian wines,
particulary Tokay or Gewurztraminer.
